Using a variety of modalities, we will dive into health assessment and determine your priorities. Addressing your health through the Holistic lens as mentioned above, we will determine patterns of imbalance and find solutions to invite more harmony. Modalities and healing arts potentially utilized in a consult include:
Pulse reading, Flower Essences,Herbal/Nutritional feedback, Meditation, Embodiment exercises, Bio-hacking Vitalist techniques.
1 hour consult includes post-consult write up of observations and feedback

Landscape Design
Pricing varies
Jourdan specializes in edible, functional and medicinal landscape designs. Utilizing pollinator friendly practices and Native plants as much as possible. Her aim is to educate and empower you to become more confident and connected to your landscape. Consider also booking a Holistic Health consultation, so your landscape can be customized to address health.
Prices vary dependent on scope and scale of the project. Free 15 minute consult available to learn more.
Options available for installation and maintenance of design as well. Jourdan is also open to maintaining your existing landscape also!
